After more than two decades in international executive search, advising major financial institutions on senior appointments, I founded The Iberian Office in response to clients and candidates asking for help with property in Mallorca.

Their enquiries revealed a demand for experienced representation when making significant property decisions in Spain.

My family and I moved to Mallorca during Covid, although our connection goes back much further. My wife, Amber, was born and raised here. Mallorca is our home and where our strongest knowledge and relationships lie. Beyond the island, we work with partners across Spain and Portugal.
