I spent more than twenty years at the heart of senior executive search in financial services, advising institutions including Deutsche Bank, Citi and Barclays on some of their most consequential hiring decisions. The work taught me one thing above all else: how to research any market with precision, identify genuine quality, and make recommendations that significantly reduce risk.

The skills that defined that career translate directly into property advisory. I am passionate about the analytical side of the process: sourcing opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, and distilling everything into clear, well-founded recommendations. The same discipline applies to the professionals around every acquisition. Knowing who performs, who can be trusted, and who is best suited to a particular instruction is often as important as the property itself.

My wife Amber was born and raised in Mallorca, and during Covid we made the decision to relocate our family permanently to the island. Living here full-time has given us something far deeper than familiarity, an intimate understanding of the landscape, the people, and the relationships that underpin life and business across the Balearics.
